By accessing and using SnapCal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SnapCal lets users track meals, calories, and macros using text or photos shared in ChatGPT. The service is provided "as-is" and "as available".

3. Artificial Intelligence Accuracy

Nutritional calculations generated by the Artificial Intelligence are estimates based on the visual analysis of provided images. We do not guarantee exact accuracy of calories, ingredients, or macronutrients. SnapCal is not a medical tool and should not be used for strict medical conditions, food allergies, or dietary prescriptions. Always consult a certified healthcare professional.

4. User Accounts and Minimum Age

SnapCal is intended only for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account, signing in, or using SnapCal, including through ChatGPT, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not accept birth dates that indicate an age under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or delete it along with its data. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if we detect misuse.

5. Intellectual Property

The original code, design, interface, and algorithms of SnapCal are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Images uploaded by users remain their property, but grant us a limited license to analyze them to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnapCal be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, nor for health decisions made based on the data provided by the application.
